Artur Haxhiu, B.A., M.S., R.C.M


Artur has over 20 years of experience in property management. As the President he provides leadership, support and guidance to the company’s employees. He is responsible for the day to day operations and makes sure that everything runs in an efficient and timely manner. In addition, he is very experienced with regards to consulting and turnover process of brand new buildings. He acts as a liaison among property manager, contractors and Board of Directors in all aspects of property management. His responsibilities also include mitigating client complains, preparation of new business proposals and attending proposal meetings to ensure that all Corporations follow the implemented policies and procedures in order to provide the best service to our client.

Royce Lim


Royce has extensive practical knowledge of business account and tax issues along with overseeing the financial division and all the administration for over 25 years that has made her a trusted business advisor to our clients.

Stephanie Freedman


Stephanie has recently joined our team in 2021 as Office Manager and client relations. Previously, Stephanie has worked as a law clerk for a national law firm with over 20 years of experience. As well, she has worked in a managerial role for a large construction company with responsibilities including, contract review and employee/ human resource matters. Stephanie brings a great deal of energy and enthusiasm to our company possessing a wide range of skill sets.
